Welcome to this week's Arweave Weekly Digest.

Last week we've been kicking things off for the Fullstack Hack, a VC firm partnered up with Forward Research, and a game engine SDK was announced for AO.

Let's get into it.

We recently announced the Fullstack Hack, where you can get up to $50K in funding to build decentralized applications using Arweave, AO, and/or ArFleet.

The launch event is happening today at 10:30AM EST, or 3:30PM GMT. Join here.

🇯🇵 Arriba Studio partners with Forward Research

Arriba Studio and Forward research logos, with a city and Mount Fuji in the background. Arweave Japan logo at the bottom.

Arriba Studio, a Japanese VC fund focused on Web3 investment and acceleration has partnered with Forward Research.

Forward Research are the team behind the core Arweave protocol, and have invested in Arriba Studio, as well as Arriba appointing 0xTomo (Tomoya Nagasawa), founder of WeaveDB and other projects in the ecosystem such as Atomic Notes, as a Research Partner.

This could see more Permaweb based events and adoption in Japan and a bigger ecosystem expansion for Arweave. Check out the blog post from Arweave Japan to learn more.

🎮 Loom SDK announced for AO

Text reads "LOOM SDK IS HERE" with the Loom logo, and logos replacing the O's in "LOOM".

Loom is a newly announced SDK that connects the Unity game engine to AO with AOConnect, and to Arweave.

Loom makes use of Unity's WebGL export, so games built in the engine can be ran in web browsers. It also has full support for Arweave wallets, transaction signing, and more.

There isn't too much information on Loom as of yet, but it's exciting to see the bridging of traditional Web2 and game development tools to make fully onchain games.

We're excited to see where it heads next - keep an eye on their X account, and check out the release notes on GitHub if you want to learn more.

ICYMI 👀

Every ecosystem needs a good application map, and Arweave has one. Check out Nicolas Verlhiac's ArweaveLists, which is regularly being updated with new app launches in the Arweave and AO ecosystem.

Great to see what's out there, and easy to share it with any aspiring Permaweb pioneers.
