Last week saw AO $DAI deposits hitting all time highs, new ecosystem infrastructure from Autonomous Finance, and the end of a big community event pioneered by LlamaLand.
Let's get into it.
🏛️ $DAI deposits cross 40M
Last week $DAI deposits crossed 40 million - and now, at the time of writing, have crossed 50M tokens deposited.
By bridging $DAI to AO, users bring liquidity to the ecosystem whilst also allowing users to accrue $AO (not financial advice, not available to US persons).
Sam Williams also shared a pie chart of $stETH depositors on AO to exemplify the fair distribution compared to some other token launches.
Either way, 50M $DAI is a huge milestone and we're excited to see what's built next!
🏗️ Autonomous Finance launches AOForm
Last month Autonomous Finance announced some ecosystem tooling for developers, including a process (smart contract) testing framework and helper packages.
Last week they announced AOForm, which helps automate and improve the deployment process on AO. They also launched Teal, a typed version of Lua which could help attract more developers to AO and Arweave and improve DX.
Autonomous Finance have been excelling recently with research and projects on AO, including the exploration of AgentFi, and autonomous DCA agents. Definitely check them out if you haven't already.
🎣 Aqualandia Tournament comes to an end
Champions were crowned in the Aqualandia fishing tournament in LlamaLand, with rewards up to $4500 according to Satoshi's Palace.
What might seem at first just a bit of a fun also puts on display what's possible with AO and the Reality Protocol. Fully onchain community events are awesome!
