GM!

Welcome to this week's Arweave Weekly Digest, where we bring you the latest updates in the AO and Arweave ecosystem.

This week saw a lot of new partnerships, migrations, and integrations to the ecosystem.

Let's get into it.

๐Ÿฆ” ArConnect announces partnership with Transak

Main text reads "Purchase AR with US dollars via wire transfer ๐ŸŽ‰". Screenshot of ArConnect swap on right.

Transak is a well-known fiat on-ramp into crypto.

ArConnect's partnership with Transak would make it easier to purchase $AR with fiat such as USD, which solves a massive problem of onboarding new users seamlessly into the ecosystem.

Arweave's permanent storage has massive potential for end users - everything from keeping family photos stored for generations, to deploying a web app.

This is a great step in the right direction to help more people get involved in Arweave.

๐Ÿ˜ AR.IO partners with Anyone Foundation

AR.IO logo on the left, "x" in the middle, Anyone Foundation logo on the right.

Another big partnership this week, as AR.IO connects with the Anyone Foundation.

Anyone is a privacy-focused network making use of Arweave to distribute token rewards without gas fees.

Their newest partnership with AR.IO is to serve part of their infrastructure through Arweave gateways, such as their rewards dashboards and consensus endpoints.

Anyone are also looking to transition their gasless token distribution to AO and make use of the new tech.

๐Ÿฆ‡๐Ÿ”Š Arweave, meet the EVM

Large text reads "Read and write to Arweave from Solidity". Solidity code screenshot on the right".

WeaveVM have been hard at work on creating methods to integrate Arweave and the EVM.

They recently announced a new integration which allows developers to "store and access data on Arweave", right from a Solidity contract (a smart contract language for Ethereum).

This interoperability is awesome and starts opening up a landscape where Ethereum developers could think about seeing storage on Arweave as a perfect solution to storage bottlenecks.

WeaveVM also mentioned how this might be able to go a step further and integrate with AO, as the data stored on Arweave can trigger AO agents. Not to mention, AO could also access this data through the newly announced WeaveDrive.
