Welcome to this week's Arweave Weekly Digest, where we give you updates and insights into the Arweave and AO ecosystem.
This week there was a major launch announced for AO's temporary storage system, new staked assets which can be bridged to AO, and some updates for the dApps in the ecosystem.

💾 Temporary storage comes to AO
ArFleet, a temporary storage system for AO, was announced last week.
This is big news as Arweave has always been focused on long-term storage - but not all data needs to be stored for centuries.
ArFleet opens up new opportunities for data which needs to be more ephemeral - say a live editing session on a document, or game state.
While the finished document would be great for Arweave, the intermediate states could instead be stored with ArFleet.
Odysee have also mentioned the possibility to use ArFleet to transition their insanely large dataset to a decentralized storage network by making use of ArFleet and possibly Arweave too.

💻 DAI comes to AO
AO aimed to solve the "cold start" problem of blockchains by allowing staked assets to be bridged to AO, and for those users to accrue $AO.
The first token they integrated for bridging was $stETH - and now $DAI, a decentralized stablecoin built on Ethereum. $SOL is also apparently being worked on, too.
The bridging for $DAI went live on the 28th September, and in two days there was already 5 million $DAI bridged to AO, which is absolutely wild.
BazAR works on AO migration
BazAR, AO's largest atomic asset marketplace, released some updatea and features for their legacy users to make use of AO.
In addition, BazAR have redirected their "AO" domain to their main one, signalling that their AO update is now the main version of the BazAR marketplace.
Oh yeah, and frontend is hosted on Arweave.
