Well, as you might already know this was a big week for Arweave. $AO officially launched which got a massive response, but we also got a new ecosystem fund of $10M, token listings, a hacker house, and more.

💻 Wen token? Now, token - ao Computer launches $AO
The AO launch event happened last week, and the token distribution of $AO got a lot of attention.
21M total supply, 4 year-halving cycle.
No VC pre-sales. 1 million tokens currently in distribution.
$AO has been retroactively minted to $AR holders - so check your wallet if you're an $AR HODLer. Future $AO can be earned by bridging staked assets to AO, and holding these assets.
This is a pretty wild way to allocate tokens in the modern crypto world, giving it 100% to users (and devs). We love it.

🏛️ A new $10M fund hits the AO ecosystem
SevenX Ventures have teamed up with everVision (the team behind Permaswap and more) as well as BuidlerDAO to launch a $10M ecosystem fund for AO.
The fund is aimed at early-stage projects building out infrastructure, applications, and more. Capital for the ecosystem means growth!
The more builders and apps we have on AO, also the more transactions stored on Arweave.
🇮🇳 Hacker House 2.0 takes place in India
The path to the Arweave India Hacker House 2.0 is heating up. The first Hacker House led to the Arweave India Launchpad which has produced important products for Ao like 0rbit, BetterIDEa, Liteseed, and Clickoor.
Hacker House 2.0 will take place in July, and we're excited to see what the submissions will bring to AO.
To participate, you need to submit via the challenges. The challenges end on June 18th, and the winners will be announced on June 20th.
