What happened this week?

Well, AO hit $600M of $stETH deposits, Arweave Philippines has been running builders programs for everyone, and AO announced something called the "Reality Protocol" - among other things.

Let's get into the Arweave and AO happenings of the week.

💻 180,000 ETH Staked on AO

Over 180,000 ETH has been bridged to AO - the equivalent of over ~$600M of $stETH.

This figure would put AO in the top 20 chains by TVL - and maybe more importantly, staking ETH allows users to accrue $AO whilst also providing liquidity to builders.

Super interesting dynamic to watch in real-time.

🇵🇭 Arweave PH Builders Program Continues

Last week, Arweave Philippines held online workshops for AI on AO and building an onchain calendar app.

These workshops are part of Arweave Philippines Builders Program - but the workshops are available to everyone online.

🌐 Building Digital Worlds: The Reality Protocol

We saved the best for last.

A huge announcement from the AO team last week was the Reality Protocol - "a framework that allows anyone to create onchain digital worlds on AO + Arweave".

Oh, and this also comes with a 1000 $AR prize pool (over $30,000 as of today).

The Reality Protocol is built around Llama Land, a digital world built on AO and Arweave. Llama Land runs on this Reality Protocol built on AO.

AO has launched a series of quests around Llama Land and the Reality Protocol, such as using the framework to create your own onchain universe, building AI agents to inhabit Llama Land, or using Llama Land's memecoin.
