Check out the url. It actually represents a transaction in the blockchain itself! After arweave.net/ is the transaction ID, which is 43 characters long. You can copy & paste that number and put it into viewblock.io/arweave to learn more about it.
You can take what's after the “/” and add other urls that can point to that transaction. Try g8way.io and the add g8way.io/longtransactioncode
The links that serve the transactions are called “gateways”. It's basically a front door to the “permaweb”.

Go to thepermaweb.arweave.dev. This uses ArNS, or Arweave Name System. It makes it much easier to access without the transaction code.
